Janie's rise to fame has been remarkable! Fifteen years ago when we moved our firm to Florida, Janie was hired as our secretary and was an excellent secretary. Her skills were finely honed, her typing a blur and her excessive compulsive desire to do a superb job could not have been surpassed. For four years she observed and learned recruiting in how to communicate with clients and candidates and most of all became incredibly skilled at contracting.
When she was promoted to a recruiter, she was an instant success. From her second year she has successfully placed more doctors than any other recruiter in the firm. She developed her market in Texas where she dominates that market in jobs available and candidates looking. She then moved to master California and because of her referrals from satisfied clients, she has other practices throughout the country. Janie absolutely thoroughly knows her job and performs it with excellence! Janie has been married to Phil forever. He is a retired stockbroker, and does volunteer hospital work. They have two sons who are married, a beautiful daughter, Joanna who is a Special Needs Educator. Janie is also "mamaw" to 3-1/2 beautiful grandchildren. They have a bigger and nicer boat than God and Janie drives a Navigator, as protection because she is always on her C-Phone. Call her anytime - she will take your call day or night.
